Staff was great. Area in a good location. Loved the pool.

I did not eat breakfast there.

water temperature no consistent... Many items on the menu not available.

Home Sweet Home.

its a nice newly renovated room, and Orchid inn is a great place to stay..

No towel hanger in room, Toilet paper location needs to be moved, it gets when showering, And the air conditioner is too loud, and No trash can in Room.

All good except for first terrible night.

Location & staff + my upgraded room that I payed for was excellent.

The first nights room was terrible, so I paid more for a better room + on my booking from you it said total price was 9,000 pesos but when i checked in the said it was 10,000 that i had to pay???

Big room

No Elevator, when staff was listening that i make Check in, two of Thema Ran away, cause they did Not want to carry my suitcase to the third Floor. I Made a booking, private Transfer to subic bay, payed the day before, and the following day the Driver asked me to pay one more time. He showed me one paper with 'payment' to the Driver. Just be aware that you have got some confirmation of your payment

Aussie owned hotel/bar. Full of fat overweight drunks - can't get a women go to Angeles and pay.

Girls working in restaurant run a scam to get from money from clients - it works like this - They claim you have not paid restaurant bills and this happens on the day of your checkout, days after actually paying the bill in the restaurant - make sure to always have a receipt for proof. They get this money from drunk or forgetful guys who do not remember paying the original bill. Note: they do not let you leave the restaurant without paying the bill, but conveniently do not give a receipt. You pay, they keep the cash, no receipt, and then other staff at front desk ask you to pay at checkout or they deduct from deposit. Good thing I do not drink so that buggered them up. Scammers. Lady boss at front desk is involved also.

Scams by staff to get this money from drunk or forgetful guys who do not remember paying the original bill. Lucky I observed and do not drink.

I used the hotel before ! But go dirty carpet up the hall way . Mouldy menu in the room . For the money it needs a refurb. Very old and needs revamping. . .

What was the highlight of Orchid Inn

Decent place to stay and close to many restaurants, bars, clubs and SM mall.

Friendly and attentive staff. Literally an oasis amidst the busyness of Clarks's many bars and clubs. We particularly enjoyed listening to the live band that played on Saturday evenings. The pool is nice and relaxing and a great way to keep the children occupied. Food is delicious and served in good time.

Location in the city was great if night life is what you are after. Pool area was top notch

Wifi was bad especially on the third floor. Bed was a little uncomfortable. All the facilities in the room felt second rate

Ok stay with ridiculous policy.

The hotel location was good, Frontdesk staff try her best to give good customer service to the customer.

#1. They have a ridiculous policy, which they will only tell you when you are going to check-in! (Doesn't matter you book room for 2 adults, they will not allow a male to share the same room) in my case, I have to book 3 additional room since we are 6 people. #2. They didn't mention about this policy at booking.com or own webpage either. #3. They don't bother to make things right and Drunk Australia owner doesn't know how to talk to the customer. #4. The hotel room was old, need to refurbish. Especially they have to change comforter set and Bathroom shower curtain.

Dried roses for Orchid Inn

I was looking for a reasonably priced place in the center of the region, that is, not too far from the airport, the mall, or the bustle. Orchid Inn provided this. There's always a guard at the front door (24/7), and the desk is always staffed. The first room I was in had an a/c unit so loud that I had to ask for another room. They found me a room with a smile. I appreciated that.

The pictures at Booking.com display a perky hotel with a spit-shine. This was not my experience. The room I stayed in didn't have daylight, so it felt a bit closed off. I think the hotel has a newer section behind an older section. I was obviously in the older section. I probably wouldn't stay in this hotel a second time because of the room, but the stay was not unpleasant.

The location was great and the front desk staff was nice enough

We couldn’t use the pool at all because they had a large party which they later stated they have every Sunday and it’s on their website. The reason we booked the room is so we can use the pool and they stated because we booked on Booking.com they couldn’t give us a partial refund for our inconvenience

Dont stay in the standard rooms

Location is good for walking Street, not exactly family friendly. The pool, bars, and outside area were nice and family friendly. The staff was awesome, the food was good and low priced.

I stayed in a king deluxe the 1st night, was very clean and nice bathroom, my family followed and I rented 2 standard rooms, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and the bathrooms were nothing like the ones pictured.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, staff was friendly

I booked a superior deluxe and they tried putting me in a standard room. I told them this did not match the picture of what was in the booking and they said this is because you booked through booking.com. I said what does that have to do with anything this is not the room I paid for. They realized I was not falling for the naive tourist trap, and put me in the superior room which I originally paid for. Little did they know i stayed there before and know the difference tsk tsk!
